NFL Suspends Ex-Ravens Kicker Justin Tucker for 10 Games Over Misconduct Allegations

In a major development, the NFL has handed a 10-game suspension to former Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker following accusations of sexual misconduct. The league confirmed the suspension as a breach of its Personal Conduct Policy.

The ban begins August 26, although Tucker, currently unsigned, will be allowed to serve the suspension even without being on an NFL roster.

Tucker’s agent, Rob Roche, issued a statement expressing disagreement with the ruling but emphasized that Tucker would accept the decision to move forward:

“We respectfully disagree with the NFL’s conclusion. Justin has always strived to be someone his family and community can be proud of,” said Roche. “To move past this chapter and get back on the field, we’ve advised him to resolve the matter and accept the league’s ruling.”

“Those who know Justin personally recognize his commitment—not just to football, but to his role as a father, husband, and loyal friend.”

🔙 A Decorated Career Ends in Uncertainty

Tucker, 35, was released by the Ravens in May, ending a remarkable 13-season career with the team. He was a five-time All-Pro selection and part of the Super Bowl XLVII-winning squad in 2013.

However, his performance saw a decline last season, where he made just 22 of 30 field goal attempts, marking a career-low 73.3% accuracy.

Tucker will be eligible for reinstatement on November 11, pending interest from any NFL team.
